Ab Anfang Juni sind handwerklich und Holz-Interessierte herzlich eingeladen, an der Holzwerkstatt im Lobitzweg teilzunehmen. Gemeinsam mit neuen und alten Nachbar*innen aus Wendenschloß und Umgebung bauen wir Hochbeete für den KIEZKLUB Haus der Begegnung. Die Hochbeete entstehen unter fachlicher Anleitung gemeinsam. Wir planen, konzpierenund bauen sie in der Werkstatt des TJP, stellen sie im KIEZKLUB auf und befüllen sie vor Ort mit Pflanzen.

Eingeladen sind alle Nachbar*innen: Ob Ur-Köpenicker*innen oder Köpenicker*innen mit Migrations- und Fluchterfahrung. Personen mit wenig Deutschkenntnissen sind herzlich eingeladen. Das Projekt begleitet eine Kollegin, die sprachlich ins Arabische vermitteln kann. Auch Vermittlungen in andere Sprachen können wir bei Bedarf organisieren.
Das Projekt startet am 8. Juni und findet alle zwei Wochen dienstags von 16-18 Uhr im Lobitzweg 1-5 in 12557 Berlin statt.

Ein Einstieg ist fortlaufend möglich. Die Teilnahme ist kostenlos.

Die Holzwerkstatt ist ein Kooperationsprojekt zwischen TjP e.V., InteraXion – Willkommensbüro und Wohnraumberatung in Treptow-Köpenick (offensiv ´91 e.V.), Türöffner e.V., Projekt zur Arbeitsmarktintegration (DIALOG-Integrationszentrum) und dem Nachbarschaftszentrum Friedrichshagen (Stephanus-Stiftung) und wird von den Partnerschaften für Demokratie Treptow-Köpenick finanziell unterstützt.

1st get-to-know-you meeting: wood workshop - building furniture together for the KIEZKLUB Haus der Begegnung

From the beginning of June, people interested in handicrafts and wood are cordially invited to take part in the wood workshop in Lobitzweg. Together with new and old neighbours from Wendenschloß and the surrounding area, we will build raised beds for the KIEZKLUB Haus der Begegnung. The raised beds are created together under professional guidance. We plan, design and build them in the TJP workshop, set them up in the KIEZKLUB and fill them with plants on site.

All neighbours are invited: Whether native Köpenickers or Köpenickers with migration and refugee experience. People with little knowledge of German are cordially invited. The project is accompanied by a colleague who can mediate in Arabic. We can also organise mediation into other languages if needed.
The project starts on 8 June and takes place every fortnight on Tuesdays from 4-6 pm at Lobitzweg 1-5 in 12557 Berlin.
It is possible to join on an ongoing basis. Participation is free of charge.
